Request Consideration

NOEMA Night™ is not available to every dining room. Consideration occurs in one of two ways.

In some cases, a member of the NOEMA team may visit an establishment independently for a standard dining experience. Based on that experience, select dining rooms may be invited to participate.

Alternatively, an establishment may submit a request for consideration. If the request aligns with our initial criteria, a member of the NOEMA team will visit the establishment for an in-person dining experience. These visits are unannounced and conducted as a typical guest.

Following the visit, we evaluate alignment based on atmosphere, service flow, pacing, and overall compatibility with the NOEMA Night™ philosophy. Based on that assessment, we determine whether to move forward.

Participation is by approval only and offered selectively to preserve the integrity of the experience.

Approval, Participation Date & Authorization

If approved, you will receive instructions to complete a non-refundable authorization down payment and Terms of Service.

This payment:

• Confirms the participation date

• Grants access to the NOEMA Night™ Restaurant Kit

• Initiates planning and material preparation

Because access to proprietary materials is granted immediately, all authorization payments are non-refundable.

Restaurant Kit Access

Once payment is received, you will receive a private access code to the NOEMA Night™ Restaurant Kit.

The Restaurant Kit provides a clear, step-by-step framework designed to ensure consistency, ease of implementation, and confidence—without disrupting your existing service model.

Preparation & Setup

Using the Restaurant Kit, your team prepares the dining room, tables, and service flow. No facilitation, scripting, announcements, or directed conversation is required.

The experience is designed to unfold naturally at the table.

Promotion & Prepaid Dining

We recommend promoting your NOEMA Night™ for approximately one month prior to the scheduled participation date.

All dining placements are prepaid in advance through your existing reservation or ticketing system. Guests select from a curated menu you define ahead of time.

By finalizing selections before arrival, the evening remains focused on conversation while food and beverages flow naturally throughout the night—without ordering decisions or transactional interruptions.

Guest Count Submission & Certificate Preparation

After the promotion period concludes, you will submit the final number of guests scheduled to participate.

Based on this confirmed count, a Per-Guest Certificate Package Fee is collected to cover:

• Production of each NOEMA Night™ Certificate of Attendance

• Certificate envelope packaging

• Preparation, handling, and shipment

Once payment is received, we prepare and send the appropriate number of certificate envelopes for the evening.

The NOEMA Night™ Experience

Guests arrive knowing exactly what to expect. Phones are set aside, non-alcohol drinks are provided, and conversation leads the evening.

Your team focuses on hospitality while the NOEMA Night™ structure supports a calm, intentional atmosphere.

At the conclusion of the evening, each guest receives a NOEMA Night™ Certificate of Attendance and a collectible coin.

Ongoing Participation

Dining rooms may offer NOEMA Night™ on a limited, intentional basis. Frequency, layout, and seating options remain at your discretion.
