    The advertising window for a NOEMA Night™ is intentionally limited to support clarity, momentum, and ease of planning.

    Recommended Advertising Period

    Up to 4 weeks — or until sold out

    Once your participation date is confirmed, we recommend opening reservations and advertising the experience for up to four weeks. Reservations may close sooner if all dining spots sell out.

    In practice, many NOEMA Night™ evenings reach capacity quickly. For this reason, reservations should be closed immediately once all dining spots are filled.

    Reservation Close & Confirmation

    When reservations sell out—or when the four-week window concludes—you will close reservations and notify NOEMA Night™ of your final confirmed guest count.

    This confirmation marks the transition from promotion to preparation.

    Why This Timing Matters

    Respecting this timeline allows:

    • Accurate preparation of Certificate of Attendance packages

    • Adequate lead time for production and shipment

    • Sufficient time for food and beverage ordering

    • Calm, intentional staff preparation

    This structure ensures the evening feels settled and fully supported long before guests arrive.
